If our eSIM service is completely unavailable in your destination country despite being advertised as available, you may request a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Activated eSIMs: Once an eSIM has been activated (by scanning the QR code or manually entering the activation details), it is generally non-refundable, regardless of whether data has been used.

Device Compatibility Issues: Refunds will not be provided if your device is not compatible with eSIM technology. It is your responsibility to check your device compatibility before purchase.

Network Coverage or Speed: Variations in network coverage or data speeds in different locations within a country are not grounds for a refund, as these factors are controlled by local network providers.

Expired Data Plans: If your data plan has expired without full usage, no refund will be provided for unused data.

User Error: Issues arising from incorrect installation or configuration of the eSIM by the user are not eligible for refunds.
